Our shipping methods vary, with items dispatched from either our warehouse or directly by the manufacturers. The shipping method for your purchase will be detailed in the shopping cart and during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

Freight Delivery Schedules and Policies

For instructions on how to arrange and receive a large freight shipment, please refer to the instructional video provided below. Certain carriers will deliver without requiring a signature, which means orders may be left at the delivery address even if no one is available to receive them.

IMPORTANT: Before using any delivered product, examine it for any visible or hidden damages or if any parts are missing or defective. If any problems are found, contact us immediately for assistance.

Dealing with Damaged Shipments

Despite our best efforts, shipping damage can occur. If you notice any damage upon delivery, take a photograph, refuse the shipment, and note the damage on the delivery receipt provided by the driver. It’s essential to inspect your package closely as soon as you receive it. If damage is found after delivery, please inform us within 48 hours so we can expedite a replacement for you.

Lift-Gate and Curbside Services

Heavy items are typically sent via semi-truck and may require a lift-gate to transfer the product from the truck to the curb, which is why we recommend selecting lift-gate service at checkout, particularly if you lack the equipment to offload heavy shipments. Delivery personnel are not responsible for moving delivered items from the curb to your location.

Shipping Timeline Notifications

After your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation via email, followed by a shipping notification once your order has shipped. If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, with individual tracking information provided for each item. You can verify the current status of your order by clicking here.

Shipping Confirmations and Delays

If you haven’t received a shipping notification within the expected processing period, check your order confirmation and email address associated with your account. Processing time is the period it takes to prepare your order for shipment, while shipping time is the duration for the carrier to deliver the order to you. Factors like location, product availability, weather, and carrier schedules can affect delivery times, which are estimates and subject to change.

Charges and Additional Shipping Information

For expedited shipping, fees for services such as Next-Day or Two-Day Air are charged in advance and are non-refundable. While carriers aim to deliver on schedule, unforeseeable events like inclement weather or high demand may cause delays, which doesn't warrant a refund as the service is still rendered.

Surcharges and Address Changes

Some regions within the contiguous U.S. may incur additional delivery charges due to their remote location. During checkout, based on your ZIP code, a 'Remote Area Surcharge' may apply. Moreover, any post-shipment changes to the delivery address will result in a re-consignment fee.
